Team Automotive Group Sportsplex
Opening this spring is a state of the art basketball and volleyball complex to be
located at the intersection of Kenilworth Blvd. and Perkins Rd. This facility
is sponsored by Team Automotive Group and is a development based on the partnership between the Baton Rouge Basketball & Volleyball Association and BREC. It is a 30,000 square foot
recreational complex, which consists of the largest indoor basketball facility in EBR Parish and the largest indoor volleyball facility in the state of Louisiana. The Team Automotive Group Sportsplex is to be built just east of Olympia Stadium near the BREC Extreme Park and will be a go-to destination for competitive and recreational athletes from all over the state. Along with Team Automotive’s
title sponsorship of the Baton Rouge Soccer Association, this development gives us another chance to
give back to the EBR community. We at Team Honda are very excited about this facility and all
that it means to our community. In a time when sitting on the couch all day watching TV has become the norm, this facility could have a huge impact on our youths’ opportunities to get out of the house and get active! We look forward to sharing more information about all that this facility will have to offer, as we move into Spring and witness the opening of the Team Automotive Group Sportsplex.
