Thank you so much for your time. I was very impressed with Team Honda’s website with online chat. My first 2 Honda cars I bought from a dealer in New Iberia. The last 2 Honda cars for Moss Honda in Lafayette. The New Iberia dealer internet service was weak when I went to do business in Lafayette. Moss Honda has a good website but no online chat. The communication is poor. As it was my impression, they had the car I requested. After I spent time to decide to trade and pay my car off…they did not have my dream car.
I just wanted to say….Team Honda has OUTSTANDING website service. Lindsie, your e-mail communicate is superior. I feel for you and your company with this problem of supply and demand. Please stay in touch. My goal is to trade by FEB. 2012. Have a great day!!
